Greetings World! Welcome to the “Art of Generate” series with XIT. In this series, we’re delving into various topics related to generating digital information that mirrors real-world existence. Get ready for an exciting journey of learning and discovery!
For this tutorial, we will be using an open-source free tool called Phonerator, developed by Martin Vigo. Phonerator is an advanced and valid phone number generator with several options to select the state, rate center, carrier, and validation of the number list among thousands of possible choices. Additionally, it allows us to download the valid phone numbers list in .txt and .vcf formats for further usage.
This tool provides results in a format that includes columns separated by area code, exchange, block, state, rate center, carrier (exchange), carrier (block), and contaminated?
Step-by-Step Usage Guide

Let’s start easy. We can make a list of numbers with a pattern like 7?????1234. Click the “Search” button, and we get lots of numbers!
Now, let’s pick a place. If we want numbers only in California, we choose “CA” from the options and click “Search” again. Now, our list is filtered just for California.
We can also choose a company like T-Mobile. Click on it, and our list will only have numbers from T-Mobile. Easy, right? If we want to be even more exact, we can pick a “Rate Center.” This makes sure our numbers are just what we need.
When we finish making our perfect list, we can save it. Phonerator lets us download the list as a .txt or .vcf file. This is handy for using it later.
You can also try more advanced filters, such as generating all numbers belonging to a specific state or carrier. Refer to the video below for a better understanding of its usage. Thank me later!
